After some careful research that involved flipping past the first page of the newspaper, I read that alleged Republican musicians include Alice Cooper, Gene Simmons, the surviving members of Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, Foghat, Charlie Daniels, Johnny Ramone, Ted Nugent and Kid Rock.
