...second half saw Harvard lining up as at the end of the preceeding period with Kilgour in place of Goodwin at guard, Pratt in tackle for Clark, and Saltonstall substituted for Robinson. For several minutes the teams battled back and forth about evenly, with Holy Cross showing signs of a dangerous pass. Ryan finally completed one to Lowery which enabled the latter to weave his way through the field for a touchdown. Another pass added the point. Meadows is filling the end position left vacant by Gamache, and Robinson is again in the other wing position. Goodwin has replaced Kilgour at guard and E. Clark is in the backfield in place of Fench. The latter has had a recurrence of a boil, but although out as a starter may see service before the afternoon is over...
Only five of the eleven men who start today's game were in the opening lineup a year ago. Coady, Kilgour, Lindner and Sayles were in the line against Rensellaer a year ago, but this fall Sayles is shifted to the backfield and is listed to start at halfback.
