...interesting acquisition to the Peabody Museum has just been placed on exhibition in the mound-builders hall on the first floor of the Museum. It is an ancient stone grave, dug up at Kimmswick, about 20 miles from St. Louis. The grave is constructed of six slabs of limestone, and is hardly three feet long, and about two feet deep.
