We should consider the many competent people who have sought further graduate study in order to enhance their capability to do a job, only to find that they're unemployable because of an excess of documented qualification. They're often not wanted because of a perceived threat to those under whom they would work. It is more important than ever that we restore honesty and honor to all facets of our lives.
