Another outstanding acquisition to the Law School library consists of more than a dozen portraits of famous English judges, including pictures of Sir Matthew Hale and Sir George Jeffreys by Kneller which rank with the same painter's portraits of Lords Holt and King, already in the possession of the Law School.
