...Arts Today was organized by the Buffalo Fine Arts Academy, with the cooperation of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, the New York State Council on the Arts, and the State University of New York at Buffalo. What heartened the sponsors most was the phenomenal public interest in a city of 530,000.
