...manufacturing base is really located in China rather than Taiwan. I don't see what the attraction is going to be for Chinese industrial investments or for Chinese real estate investments in Taiwan. I just don't find Taiwan has that attraction for the Chinese that Hong Kong does...

Places such as Japan, Hong Kong and Western Europe, which are planning mass vaccination programs, face different challenges. These programs are difficult to implement. Last year, for instance, only 40% of the U.S. population took the time to get a regular flu shot, despite its widespread availability.
