Obviously this is a palpable injustice. The well-meaning protagonists of Messrs. Gould and Kostalanetz are abrogating what in recent months has become known as Freedom of Silence. This means simply that a "captive audience," a group which cannot flee or refuse to attend, damn well has a right to think or talk or remain silent as it wills.
