Under the auspices of the Foreign Student's Committee Dr. Walter Kotschnig of Geneva will speak in the Junior Common Room of Kirkland House at 7.30 o'clock tonight after a dinner given in his honour. His subject will be "German Political Changes and Their Effects on Student Life". Plans are on hand for two international council meetings to be held in the Houses. At the first meeting on Monday, December 11, the speaker will be Dr. Walter Kotschnig of the International Students Service, who will speak on recent German political developments in their relation to student life.
