Military training is progressing rapidly at the University of Pennsylvania. The Regiment, commanded by Major William Kelley, Jr., U. S. A., professor of military science and tactics, and L. A. Fay, acting student-major, already has an enrolment of 2,100 men. The Regiment is made up of 18 companies, four of which A, B, C, and D have progressed to extended order work.
