This is undoubtedly due to the fact that Daylight Saving keeps would-be athletes, particularly crew and baseball men, out working under zealous coaches until just the hour the doors close. Might it not be arranged with Mr. Roy L. Westcott, Superintendent of the Freshman Dining Halls, to change the hours of the evening meal from 5.30-7.00 to 6.00-7.30 P.
