That is due, thinks Mr. Osborne, to deficient educational methods which characterize our entire system. The absence of sufficient responsibility in our training is the big lack of the method. Last year's season was a vindication of the Harvard system. Although beaten in two early season games on account of lack of practice, the team succeeded in defeating both Yale and Princeton, as well as the Boston All Stars, who later played Pittsburg to determine which team should go to the Olympic Games, Dartmouth, and the Sherbrooke Hockey Club of Canada.
