Plans to present a mammoth pageant in the Harvard Stadium as part of Cambridge's celebration of the Massachusetts Bay Tercentenary this summer have definitely been dropped, it was learned yesterday from Professor J. H. Beale '82, chairman of the local committee in charge of the celebration.
