Many teenagers already are dying. Figures on choking-game deaths remain sketchy - a lack of awareness among police means that cases often end up being classified as suicides. As a retired schoolteacher in South Carolina, I have witnessed firsthand how lack of resources and funding can lead to this type of segregation.
