THOSE of us who live in Weld, or are in the habit of paying frequent visits to that hall after dark, will appreciate the Bursar's kindness in promising to place a gas lantern in the portico between the two entry doors. Such a lantern hung there a few years ago, but was removed because of the malicious damage done it by the students. We hope all will recognize the utility of lighting that dark corner too much to give again a pretext for taking it away.
