About one hundred men assembled in Sever 11 to hear the Harvard Union debate last evening. ...Smith of Trinity Church, Boston, conducted a short Episcopal service in the rooms of the St. Paul's Society last evening. Rev. Mr. Smith did not choose a text for his sermon but spoke on the qualities of a true gentleman. He said that the Episcopal clrurch had been accused of being a church for gentlemen.
