...Exeter on Saturday between Harvard second eleven and Phillips Exeter academy. The Harvard eleven had never played together before, and showed an entire absence of team work, although individual work was at times good. Exeter was crippled by the absence of Heffelfinger, who broke his hand in the last Harvard game, and of Squires, the regular centre rush. Exeter won the toss, and took upper side.
