Ethical Contribution. Dodd does not quarrel with the factual assertions in the committee report; he objects only to the interpretation the committee puts on them. In an interview, Dodd almost airily dismissed the charges against him. He said he had thought the contribution from International Latex-which he received in cash from a company official-had been collected from individuals.
