...illustrations the cover seems the best. Perhaps it is the vigorous coloring which appeals, but apart from that it is conceived and drawn with spirit. "All the Law Allows" is a cleverly sketched caricature of the lesser gods at the Office. The centre piece is frowsy. The other drawings are not remarkable.
