Able Berlin Correspondent Hubert Renfro Knickerbocker has worked long and hard for the slender New York Evening Post and for its slender Quaker brother, Philadelphia's Public Ledger. Last year he won the Pulitzer Prize for correspondence with his 10,000-mi. travel diary through Russia.
