In the second half Mason played end on the 'varsity instead of Cumnock, and Crosby was put in opposite him; Mason is doing the best work of any of the substitute ends. Lee and Sherwin played at half-back instead of Lake and Fearing. Both did some beautiful rushing, and the latter was cheered when compelled to leave the field on account of having hurt his lame knee.
