Comes the revelation. For the first time since the 1920s, Russia has produced a sociological study on sexual habits and deportment. Entitled "Youth and Marriage," the report was researched by two Leningrad social scientists, A.G. Kharchev and S.I. Golod, who may well become the Communist Kinseys. Although they have been lagging badly in the space race, the Russians have not lost their flair for the dramatic. Just as a major international space conference was winding up in Leningrad last week, and U.S. Moon Walker Neil Armstrong was inspecting the cosmonauts' Star City compound outside Moscow, the Soviets launched a two-man spaceship, Soyuz 9. into orbit around the earth. The Soviet Union opened a new hotel for foreign tourists this spring at the Black Sea resort of Sochi, will open a second in Leningrad this summer, and is putting up three more in Moscow.
