There seems to have been a good deal of uncertainty concerning the committee's negotiations with the Corporation in regard to the "Tree." As was stated in our first letter the Corporation pointed out to us many difficulties in the present form of the Tree Exercises and urged us to gather the opinions of the class concerning the changes proposed. We have asked for expressions of opinion and, in several ways, have, we believe, gathered the general opinion of the class.
