Clinton has always been an individual. In the 70's, he masterminded Black music prime movers--emphasis on movers--Parliament and Funkadelic. You would think everyone would be able to get into his thang. But complaints have been bruited that his sound is too obnoxiously the apotheosis of libido. This is false.
