Although the main purpose of a school is to provide academic excellence and stimulation, the non-academic part of college life is a large part of a college experience. Only a few articles hint at the meaning of female liberation. Betsy Warrior, in "Man as an Obsolete Life Form." by condemning man (not the species) for his aggressive, destructive tendencies, implies that the "female principle" (peacefulness, non-competitiveness) is what she values.
