Once again Columbia comes before the world in an unenviable light. In this morning's paper we read of the expulsion of Professors Cattell and Dana from that university for holding pacifist views (oh, la belle raison!). More rooms are vacant in College dormitories than ever before. Senior dormitories have been thrown open to under-classmen, and so few are coming back that even under these conditions there are still rooms to let.
