...Every man knew what he had to do, and did it well. They made good holes and protected the runner in great shape. It was in vain that our rushers and backs would try to get through the line with the ball. Even when they did find what looked like a hole a Yale rusher was sure to come round from the further end and stop the runner before he got to the backs.
