...Lincoln Steffens delivered a lecture in the Union last evening on "The McNamara Dynamiters: Social Symptoms." Mr. Steffens pointed out that the problem of graft was the same in cities, states, or countries. Germany and England have advanced a great deal further in regard to checking graft than the United States and France.
