Yesterday afternoon Harvard played their second game with Bowdoin, and defeated them by a score of 10 to 2. Henshaw's hands were sore and Allen, '86, kindly consented to catch for Harvard. Linn, '90, played right field. He had no chances in the field, but his batting was good. Underwood pitched for Bowdoin, and though he only struck out one man, very few safe hits were made off him He pitches a very slow ball, and as Harvard has not had any practice on that kind of pitching the men failed to hit the ball hard...
