Although the institution's magnificent physical facilities do not head the list of Harvard's virtues, they are a powerful stimulus to mental activity. At this point of my stay, I have scarcely seen half of the buildings; but I know the colossal libraries alone lure one into a thousand intellectual vistas, and then tease him into endless ventures of the mind. And finally, the cool, green, quiet campus completes the University's cordial invitation to study in this academic Paradise...

...solid. Even Liibke's rival. Socialist Candidate Carlo Schmid, 62, hoped Lubke would be elected on the first ballot to save everybody time and effort. Delegates in the humid hall wandered out to the lobby for sausages, beer and soft drinks as the clerk droned alphabetically through the list. Liibke made it on the second ballot...

...virus has spread. Perhaps a dozen other sickniks-some newcomers, some oldtimers with brand-new syndromes-are cleaning up not only in nightclubs but regularly shudder onto the TV screen, and are even invading the record field; Inside Shelley Berman has been near the top of the LP bestseller list for two months, a remarkable feat for a nonmusical disk. Last, and to some extent, least on our list of local artistic events at Harvard, is the collection of Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. M. Warburg, on view at the Busch-Reisinger Museum. There are some excellent works in the collection: Picasso's famous Blue Boy, some fine drawings by Cezanne, Millet and Seymour Reminick, and some first rate sculpture by Lehmbruck, Matisse, Lachaise, Epstein and, of all people, Paul Gauguin. These works alone are worthy of a trip to the Busch's isolated headquarters on Kirkland and Divinity Avenues. Generally, however, the rather uneven quality of the exhibition tends...
