What part does list-making play into this? Critical. Probably it's as important to make a list as it is to use coupons. I'm amazed at how many people don't use shopping lists at all, or if they do, they're inadequate. These are the same people who said they don't have time to use coupons, and I say, the amount of time you're going to save by making a good list will more than make up for the time...
