...pollution [Dec. 13]. I have been in Hong Kong and Beijing a number of times on photographic assignments. My first time in Hong Kong, in 1997, I commented to my friends that the environment did not have a chance. In Beijing I was excited to see a lit Fujifilm sign out my hotel window at night. The next morning I could not even see the sign because of the pollution.
