...Most of the GM money - $202 million - is being spent at the company's Flint South engine plant, which is being renovated for production of a 1.4-liter, four-cylinder engine generator for the Chevrolet Volt and a 1.4-liter, turbocharged, four-cylinder engine for the 2011 Chevrolet Cruze.
