...nonconformist nature (one of Jobim's hits, "Desafinado" (or "off-key") celebrates the genre's subtly unsettling sound). Martin's songwriters seem to have a thing for wild women. First, on his self-titled 1999 English-language debut, there was that crazy chick who was Livin' La Vida Loca.
