C., it is very proper that men in the corps do their share to make the services as large and efficient as possible. A Liberty Loan campaign is an unfortunate coincidence, but not harmful to either. If a person has the money for the former he surely has enough also to contribute to the latter. Those who cannot buy a bond, however, ought surely to make some small sacrifice in order to gain the benefits...
