Poor weather no doubt deterred many men from starting out for dormitory rowing yesterday afternoon and there should be no small number of new men to report today. The period before the bumping races has been shortened to two weeks, a change which should appeal to those who look at fall rowing merely as a source of healthful exercise, as well as to those who take part in it for the practice and experience to be obtained.
