Contestants train for at least four hours a day on Biggest Loser. In real life, it's not usually possible for someone to get out and exercise for four or five hours a day. Not only is it not possible, it's not safe. You only want to work out like that when you're being medically supervised. We have doctors who have to approve everything I do.
