The University Administration, a stiff-necked, Puritan lot, cannot be chastized enough for the paternal prohibitions it placed upon the Harvard Band. The HAA, in ordering local constables to arrest any girl appearing on the field, has forgotten that Harvard is not merely a moneymaking institution...
