In the coming days, the Bush administration will propose a resolution in the United Nations (UN) that would allow foreign forces to follow pirates into mainland Africa and fight them in the coastal towns where they hide between their seaborne adventures. ...among wild birds in the city, this week's incident is the first outbreak on a Hong Kong farm since 2002, when nearly a million birds were slaughtered after dozens died of the flu.
