It is an interesting and commonplace love story with a little advice as to the best methods of fishing for pike and bass worked in. The heroine is a little stilted but she knows so much about fishing that we can forgive her. "A Jack-Rabbit Chase" by Belle Hunt, is brisk and amusing.
