Captain Robert T. P. Storer '14, 305th Field Artillery, whose promotion to major was recently announced, has also been cited for bravery by Major General Alexander. On September 6, 1918, while reconnoitering a forward position for his battery near Serval, Captain Storer, in company with Lieutenant Dellatre of the French Mission, passed outside of the American lines and carried on his reconnaissance until stopped by fire from German snipers that wounded Lieutenant Dellatre.
