Bill Gates always said the tech world meted out justice faster than the Justice Department ever could. Now AOL and computer maker Gateway are trying to prove him right. General Augusto Pinochet may be fast approaching a meeting with his maker, but many Chileans believe he oughtn't be allowed to die in peace.
