...doesn't relate to anybody on those terms. Would ASEAN (the Association of South East Asian Nations) be the collaborator? Australia would have to go through a cultural and strategic metamorphosis to be comfortable with ASEAN as its primary frame of reference. We'd have to start watching Malaysian TV programs and teaching Asian languages in the schools...
