Altogether the eighth "Follies" is one of those mammoth spectacles which, beginning in Boston, ultimately reaches New York without a single number of the opening night left in it. General Motors' earnings have been potent this year.*A silent, motionless unmarketed Ford has helped their heyday. Characteristic was their method of passing them on to stockholders.
