...more attractive than usual because it gives the members of the University one of the rare opportunities of hearing the University Musical Clubs informally. These clubs provide a delightful and popular entertainment, but practically their only concerts are the formal occasions with Yale and Cornell. Last spring the Mandolin Club and some Swedish singers gave an entertainment in the Yard during the busy examination period, but no regular Yard concerts were held. We hope that the new management will make an effort to arrange one or more of these affairs in which all may participate before the examinations begin...
