Workers were busy last week restoring the roof of the Cabildo, New Orleans' 1795 landmark, when a fire apparently ignited by their soldering irons did the opposite. ...most problematic part of the Times Square redevelopment plan is the Johnson-Burgee complex, which will straddle the confluence of 42nd Street, Broadway and Seventh Avenue.
