Shattering the women's world marathon record by nearly three minutes is no small feat--surely Joan Benoit deserved more than a sub-headline and just two paragraphs buried in the middle of your story. A few personal quotes or some biographical details about her, as you had for Greg Meyer, the men's winner, would have made your article more complete.
