Despite the drawbacks of a limited faculty and student body, Marlboro has set up exacting new educational policies which have resulted in at least one national distinction for the college. In a test taken by sophomores and seniors last year at 56 small colleges, Marlboro came out with the highest overall record, putting it on a par with or higher than the national average of all colleges, whether accredited or not.
