It was then moved and carried that the present undergraduate committee, which was appointed by the class presidents and drew up the constitution, be empowered to appoint nominating committee, of three, as provided in the constitution, which will take action next fall, and put the council on a working basis. This evening's mass meeting, although without the same dramatic attractions that draw enormous crowds to the Living Room of the Union during football season; is probably the most important affair of the kind that has been held in many years.
