...Williams '99 had an intelligent grasp of the character of Simon Eyre, a master shoemaker and kind ruler of his journeymen. Firk, the main comic character, was played by J. A. ...meeting of candidates for the Master's degree yesterday afternoon, Charles Alfred Wetherby A. B. Harvard '97, was elected Commencement Day marshal for the Graduate School. Mr. W. S. Andrews '77 presided at the meeting. At his suggestion it was decided to cut down the present Commencement Day Committee of five to three. Accordingly T. LeG. Harris A. B., Indiana '93; R. H.
